Relaxation of Steel

Relaxation is defined as the change in strand stress due to continued stress. It consists of three parts:

1. Ultimate relaxation.
2. Change of relaxation with time.
3. interaction with creep and shrinkage: R(t) = Ru*fr(t)*Phi(cr,sh).
